Refund and Returns Policy

GENERAL RETURN / EXCHANGES POLICY

Our returns & exchanges policy lasts for 7 days after the item is delivered.

If your order is eligible for a refund or exchange, please note that the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. Do NOT send the item back to the “sender address” indicated on the package. Kindly email us at yktrend.help24@gmail.com to request a refund or exchange.
Please be aware that our return policy does not apply to sale items or custom-designed items. We do not offer exchanges or refunds after purchase/order confirmation on these types of items unless the item is defective. We urge you to choose such items carefully.

COUPON USES

Coupons cannot be applied after placing the order. However, you may use the coupon for your next purchase. Please note that only a single coupon can be applied at the time of placing an order.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEM(S)

In the event that an item arrives defective or does not match the description on our website or in the photos, and your payment is eligible, we will request you to send a photo of the issue to our support email address. Our support team will review the photos you provide of the defective item, and if it is eligible, we will resend the product to you at no additional cost. In the rare case that sending a replacement product is not feasible, we will reimburse you the full cost of the eligible product (including shipping costs).

CANCELLATION POLICY

A $4.95 cancellation fee applies to system transactions.
We process all orders THE NEXT MORNING to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible.
For this reason, any cancellations must be submitted via email to yktrend.help24@gmail.com within 24 hours from the time the customer places the order. We have an automated system that assists us in processing orders within 24 hours, and we need to cover the system transaction fee, which will be charged to the customer in case of cancellation.
Please note that once the allotted time has passed, we are unable to process the cancellation due to our automated process, making it nearly impossible for us to cancel orders in time.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

For orders shipped to the wrong address due to customer inputting incorrect information, the customer must cover the cost of ordering replacement items. Therefore, we kindly ask you to exercise extreme care when entering your shipping address.
